Appointments and Fees

Before arranging an appointment, a free 10 minute telephone consultation is offered to gain an overview of your needs and make sure we are the best service to meet your requirements.

The number of sessions required are dependant on a variety of factors, including the severity and nature of your need/difficulty. This will be further explored and discussed with you during your initial consultation and reviewed at regular intervals.

We offer a 48 hour cancellation policy for all appointments.

You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment time, along with a referral form, terms and conditions and privacy policy, which will need to be read and completed prior to our first appointment.

Health Insurance

Dr Grace Major is registered with a range of health providers. Policies vary and may cover all or part if your session, excluding excess. Please note that healthcare providers require pre- authorisation prior to assessment starting, so please contact your provider to find out their processes and terms. A referral may be required from your GP prior to authorisation.

Fees charged to insurance companies may vary and are negotiated according to the process and policy of the insurance company.
